Delivery Areas We currently deliver across Bangladesh, including inside and outside Dhaka.

Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas may take slightly longer depending on courier coverage

Delivery Partners We ship using trusted courier partners such as Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, or Sundarban Courier, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60–80 (flat rate)
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120–150 (flat rate)
• Free shipping on orders above ৳2000

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery status.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available across Bangladesh. Please inspect your package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage to the delivery agent immediately.

Pre-Order Products (Imported Chinese Fashion Items)

• Pre-order items follow a different shipping timeline than our regular stock, since they are imported specifically after your order is confirmed and the 20% advance is received.
• Estimated import and delivery time: 15–20 days from order confirmation.
• Once the item arrives in our warehouse, it will be shipped to you using the same courier partners and delivery timeframes listed above (1–5 business days depending on your location).
• We'll notify you via SMS or WhatsApp once your pre-order item has arrived and is on its way to you.
• The remaining balance (80% of the product price) is collected at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed at the time of order.
