At Aaveno, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help — please read our return guidelines below before requesting a return.

In-Stock Products (Ready Stock Items)

Return Window You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and unworn
• In its original condition with all tags attached
• In its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene and quality reasons:

• Innerwear and lingerie
• Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance sale
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Accessories (jewelry, earrings) once the packaging seal is broken

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or Facebook/Instagram inbox within 3 days of delivery, with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange pickup or ask you to send the item back.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of approval or rejection of the return.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued as store credit, bKash/Nagad transfer, or bank transfer (your choice).
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged item, etc.).

Exchanges If you'd like a different size or color instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us — subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including delivery charges.

Pre-Order Products (Imported Chinese Fashion Items)

Please note: our pre-order policy is different from our regular in-stock items, since these products are imported specifically after you order.

• Pre-order items require a 20% advance payment of the product price at the time of order, to confirm and begin processing your import.
• Once confirmed, these items typically take 15–20 days to arrive, depending on customs and shipping conditions.
• Advance payments for pre-orders are non-refundable once the import process has begun, since the product is sourced specifically for your order.
• If you wish to cancel before the import process begins (within 24 hours of placing the pre-order), please contact us immediately at 01795-499700 (call/WhatsApp) or customer@aaveno.com — cancellation after this window may not be possible.
• Pre-order items are not eligible for return or exchange except in cases of damage, defect, or an item significantly different from what was shown at order time. In such cases, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve it via replacement or partial refund.
• Delivery timelines for pre-orders (15–20 days) are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or supplier-side delays — we'll keep you updated on your order status.
